Direct Report : Business Development Director

Objectives of this Role:

  • Drive the product in market

  • Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships

  • Assess current competitor offerings

  • Analyze and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved

  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly sales report from all resources 

  • Maintenance of an accurate pipeline from all resources

  • Business forecasting and business planning

  • Business development, from market research, product launch, strategy and positioning, roadmap and network development, till sales execution.

  • Work closely with internal sales teams, internal admin, retailers and various business partners in term of driving product in the market 

  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define effective marketing communications plans work closely with internal and external marketing teams

  • Develop product positioning and messaging its features across primary market segments

Objectives of this Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in all majors preferable from Design Department such as DKV, Product Design, Architectural etc 

  • 3+ years of product manager proven experiences in hardware industry, having experiences in pen tablet business will be advantages

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced enviroment

  • Ability to collaborate at all levels and navigate with ambiguous complexity

  • Strong desire to continually enhance technical skills while remaining focused on end-user delivery.

  • Experience working with retailers

  • Sense of teamwork and ability to both manage and execute programs independently.

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about digital marketing and social media.

Salary 8 - 9 juta with attractive com scheme ( based on product sold )

SALES AUTODESK AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction)

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan D3/S1.

  • 2-3 Tahun pengalaman sales/penjualan.

  • Lebih disukai sales software/CAD.

  • Departemen baru, jadi harus pekerja keras & mandiri.

  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu menjelaskan konsep dengan baik.

  • Lokasi kerja daerah Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat.

Tanggung jawab :

  • Bangun hubungan yang kuat dan berkolaborasi secara efektif dengan tim sales Autodesk lainnya

  • Menumbuhkan hubungan bisnis dengan customer.

  • Bangun kepercayaan dengan customer melalui pemahaman kebutuhan customer.

Salary : Basic Salary : Rp 9-11 million/month


  • S1 - major Information Technology or related.

  • 5+ years experience (background in IT Software/ Hardware or enterprise selling - Adobe).

  • Good leadership, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Capable of holding a conversation, writing emails in English, and self-motivated & result oriented.


  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.

  • Manage, monitor, develop and coach a group of sales to achieve sales target.

  • Build strong relationship with clients, distributors & principals.

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
